Our System Install covers

• Removal of old equipment

• Disposal of old equipment

• Installation of new indoor unit

• Installation of new outdoor unit

• Installation of new evaporator coil

• New pad (if needed)

• New disconnect (if needed)

• New whip and fittings (if needed)

• Brazing refrigerant lines

• Nitrogen purge while brazing

• New filter drier

• Pressure test

• Vacuum to proper micron level

• Refrigerant charge adjustment

• Electrical connections

• Drain line connections

• Condensate safety switch (if included in proposal)

• Thermostat hookup (or new thermostat if included)

• Startup and commissioning

• Verification of temperature split, pressures, amp draws, subcooling/superheat

• Permit and inspection if included in contract
